Founder Dr. Aliye Kurt – Suedhoff

Dr. Aliye Kurt – Suedhoff is a business psychologist and an executive coach. She holds a doctoral degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She received her coaching training from one of the most recognized coaching schools, Coaches Training Institute. She also holds a B.Sc. degree in business administration from Bilkent University, Turkey.

In her work with numerous international clients Aliye conducted leadership assessments and trainings of top management. She developed and delivered workshops on self-leadership, communication, conflict management, coaching skills for managers, dealing with resistance during change, as well as on team dynamics. She coached professionals from different organizational levels around issues of leadership, transition, conflict management, career planning and personal development. She assisted clients in dealing with mobbing, self-limiting beliefs, assertiveness, workload and stress.

As an academic, Aliye taught courses at psychology departments and business schools in Canada, Germany and the Netherlands. She published and presented her research in academic journals and conferences. She is currently adjunct faculty at European Business School, Germany.

Having lived in Vancouver, Berlin, Frankfurt and Amsterdam Aliye was exposed to diverse professional communities and accumulated a wealth of international coaching experience. Her coaching approach reflects a unique blend of collectivistic and individualistic backgrounds. She is currently based in Bonn, Germany, and works globally.

Aliye brings together her solid psychological expertise, her coaching training, and her international experience to assist individuals and organizations in leadership and personal development. Her strength is incorporating a solid scientific framework with latest tools and research findings in her coaching. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients.

Aliye is a member of the International Coach Federation and she adheres to its Code of Ethics.
